A lovely quiet chalet, also accessible for less mobile people, surrounded by nature, but close to Cuijk, Boxmeer and Nijmegen. The beautiful park is located at the lake with a private beach. The detached chalet stands for modern with a warm character. It is suitable for 2 couples or 2 individuals and is on the ground floor. In the living room you will find a sitting area with a television, a dining area and a modern kitchen equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combination microwave and a filter coffee maker. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and outside you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. Laundry service is available. You can park 1 car at the chalet and you have free Wi-Fi. Charging electric vehicles is only permitted in the designated areas; it is expressly not permitted to charge such vehicles using the accommodation's power supply. A restaurant and shop service is available; opening hours and service may vary. All changes , like shortening or extending your stay, a change in the number of people or changes of address must be communicated and been agreed on before they can take place.You can stay for a maximum of 26 wks. The contract can be renewed if both parties agree in writing. It is not permitted to register yourself as a residence address or to provide the park address as a postal address. You are obliged to pay 4% tourist tax per person if you do not live in the same municipality as where the holiday park is located. Rental price p/month, regardless of nr of tenants (max 3 or 2 couples), is Eur 1300 ex VAT. Park rules: Bed sheets are mandatory and changed every 2 weeks (eur 11.16 pp p/m, mandatory 2-weekly cleaning costs eur 144.63 p/m. Deposit eur 1000 and final cleaning (eur 144.63) is mandatory; you pay once on the 1st monthly invoice (payment period is 30 days). Deposit will be refunded to your account at the end of your stay, provided no damage has occurred to the accommodation. You must return the accommodation in the same condition as you found it. This means undamaged and not contaminated. When you check out, the reception will ask a copy of your bank card, to refund the remaining deposit after checking the accommodation. When finalizing the booking, you indicate a final departure date. We will reserve the accommodation for you until this date. We apply a notice period of 1 month for both parties. For all reservations booked more than 6 weeks before arrival, 30% of the reservation value must be credited to the specified bank account number within 1 day of receipt of confirmation. The remaining 70% must be credited no later than 6 weeks before arrival. For reservations made within 6 weeks before arrival, the entire reservation value must be paid within 1 day of receipt of confirmation. If no payment has been received from you, we will not be able to provide you with a key upon check-in and we may cancel your booking with a fee based on our cancellation policy. The extension invoices must be paid in full 7 days before the day of extension. If the invoice has not yet been paid on the relevant day, we will contact you and are unfortunately forced to take measures. If a reservation is canceled, cancellation costs are always due. These costs amount to 25% of the rental amount for cancellation up to 28 days before the day of arrival and 90% of the reservation value of the first period of 30 days for cancellation from the 28th day before arrival or later. If the tenant has not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation. All prizes are ex 21% VAT, except for tourist tax and deposit, which have not VAT.
