Lento - An important link in the solution

We specialize in the commercial, financial and technical management of homes for commercial real estate owners. Our mission is to offer turnkey homes to companies looking for housing for their employees, with a focus on small-scale homes for highly educated professionals in technology, transport and healthcare. Due to the growing demand for quality housing and the limited supply, we were looking for new ways to expand our sales market and gain access to more homes.

When we came into contact with Lento, we hoped that they could help us broaden our market. The rent-to-rent market in which we operate is relatively young and cooperation within this sector is often limited. However, we saw potential: by organizing this cooperation better, we could really make a difference in solving the housing shortage within our target group.

A large network

Lento has played an important role from the start. They put us in touch with new relationships that exactly match our need for expanding our sales area. In addition, thanks to their network, we were also able to help other companies with housing, a mutual benefit. This was exactly the broader collaboration we were looking for.

What surprised us most, however, was the way in which Lento provided us with legal support. We are continuously kept informed of developments within the sector. This is not something we were directly looking for, but it turned out to be a huge added value. It is clearly a unique selling point of Lento.

Communication and reliability

Communication with the Lento team has always been excellent. Open, honest and constructive. That is something I really appreciate, especially in a sector where transparency and trust are crucial. We have been working together for a while now and I see a significant improvement in the occupancy of our locations. In addition, we were now able to help customers who were looking for housing through third parties much better, something that would not have been possible without Lento.

Although the collaboration with Lento is sometimes a bit more complicated than we are used to, the benefits far outweigh these minor challenges. Their progressiveness and openness set them apart from other service providers we have worked with in the past.
